These terms apply to the one-time Vendor Dependency Evidence Brief sold by StatusPulse. The seller and support contact shown in Stripe Checkout and on your Stripe receipt are part of these terms. The initial pilot is offered only to US customers.
One purchase covers a brief for up to 20 named SaaS or cloud dependencies. The brief maps available official status, service-health, support, and policy sources; identifies evidence gaps and due-diligence questions; and includes minimal normalized incident facts and calculated metrics only for source-policy-enabled integrations or separately permitted data. It includes stated coverage limits, a print-ready report, and a supporting CSV.
StatusPulse will deliver the brief to the checkout email within two business days after a successful payment and receipt of a usable dependency list. If the requested vendors cannot support a useful brief, StatusPulse will offer a replacement scope or a full refund before work starts.
Provide only lawful, non-confidential vendor names and accurate checkout information. Do not submit personal, health, financial-account, authentication, security, or other sensitive data in the dependency field. You are responsible for evaluating the brief and the linked primary sources before making a business decision.
The pilot costs US $79 as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. Stripe processes payment and may calculate applicable tax at checkout. No recurring charge is created.
You receive a non-exclusive license to use StatusPulse's original report and calculations inside your organization and to share the brief with one named client whose dependencies it covers. Rights in provider source material remain with its owner. You may not resell source data, misrepresent vendor-reported events as independently measured uptime, or remove source, attribution, non-affiliation, or limitation notices.
The purchase includes one factual-correction pass requested within seven days of delivery. The separate refund policy is incorporated into these terms. Non-waivable consumer rights still apply.
The brief is historical and informational. It is not a real-time status service, substitute for an official status page, synthetic monitoring, independent audit, SLA determination, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of present or future availability. Public sources can be incomplete, changed, delayed, or wrong. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the pilot is limited to the amount paid for it; this limit does not apply where law prohibits it.
StatusPulse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any listed provider. Provider names identify the services analyzed. Incident facts link to official sources; calculations and commentary are StatusPulse's.
