The public StatusPulse site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or account registration. Its hosting providers may receive ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamp for security and operations.
Stripe Checkout collects payment, billing, tax, business-name, and contact information under Stripe's privacy terms. StatusPulse receives the checkout email, business name, non-confidential dependency list, payment status and amount, and Stripe transaction identifiers. StatusPulse does not receive or store full card details.
Data is used to confirm the order, prepare and deliver the requested brief, provide support and corrections, prevent fraud, issue owner-approved refunds, and meet accounting or legal obligations. StatusPulse does not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.
Stripe processes checkout and payment. GitHub hosts the public site. Cloudflare stores private release data and processes fulfillment events. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.
Order and accounting records are retained as required for business, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. Dependency intake and support correspondence are targeted for deletion within 90 days after delivery unless needed for an active correction, refund, dispute, or legal obligation. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Do not place personal or sensitive information in the dependency field. For an access, correction, or deletion request, use the purchase-specific support contact on your Stripe receipt. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law or by Stripe. Do not post personal information in a public GitHub issue.
