You may request a full refund before work starts. StatusPulse will also offer a replacement scope or full refund if the submitted dependencies cannot support a useful brief from available public sources.
Report a material factual error or missing promised deliverable within seven calendar days of delivery. StatusPulse will first use the included correction pass. If the brief still materially fails the stated scope and cannot reasonably be corrected, you may request a full refund.
A change of preference after substantial custom work, incomplete source data that was clearly disclosed, or a business decision made from the brief does not by itself qualify for a refund. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Use the support contact on your Stripe receipt and include the Checkout Session or receipt identifier. Do not post transaction or personal information publicly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside StatusPulse's control and commonly takes several business days.
